Ihre Aufgaben

  Your tasks

• Processing of reservation enquiries for all F&B outlets (the F&B department consists of the half-board restaurant STREIF, the bar incl. Rozu Sushi Lounge and the a la carte steakhouse KAPS)

• Reservation management for all F&B outlets

• Seating guests in the STREIF half-board restaurant

• Entering guest preferences in the "Quandoo" reservation system

• Support in service if required

• Conveying the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times

Ihr Profil

• Relevant professional experience or professional experience in similar areas

• Organisational talent and a pronounced quality awareness

• A sincere guest and service orientation

• A competent and cordial demeanour

• A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests

• A goal-orientated, structured and responsible way of working

• Communication and teamwork skills

• A high level of initiative

• Good written and spoken English skills
