Ihre Aufgaben
In direct reporting line with the CFO of UK & CE the candidate will be responsible for:
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
-
Elaborate presentations that will be delivered to the General Manager and the CFO of the CE Branches. This can include but is not limited to: Weekly Forecast, Monthly closing analysis, quarterly evolution, budget control and other analysis that could be required on demand.

Liaise with CIB Finance Madrid team on weekly forecast process, CIB sales teams issues with analítica reporting, annual forecasting and budgeting, important changes in P&L and Balance Sheet (liquidity, capital and profitability) and new transactions

Review all financial info for the CE Branches, understand variance analysis, changes in volumes & spreads and business evolution.
ACCOUNTING & TAX

Review of the Service Legal Agreement in CE Branches and ensure each legal entity is getting their appropriate split of fees in accordance with accounting requirements.
COST MANAGEMENT

Manage cost monitoring and control processes. Ensure updates on cost policies and alignment with global CIB expense policies in all CE branches

Provide reporting and analyses on cost measures in the CE offices as per request.
LIQUIDITY AND PROFITABILITY

Review of budget/forecasts and any impact to structural funding needed in the branches. Oversight over usage of the Headquarters facility and funding costs associated with borrowing.

Oversight over Liquidity matters and liquidity governance, ensure annual review of liquidity agreements with Spain and CE Branches.

Control the evolution of RWA and profitability in the CE branches, with clear understanding of business dynamics (backward and forward looking profitability).
Ihr Profil

Academic background in Accounting or Finance, MBA or Finance Certification (CFA or similar) are a plus.

Must have experience in the financial industry of 5+ years, banking preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
Languages:

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Soft skills:
-
Must be well organized, detail oriented and demonstrate organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to build and maintain financial reports and good skills for powerpoint presentations.
-
Communication skills with ability to interact with different departments in differents geographical locations (France, Italy, Spain)
-
Willingness to travel as needed.
