Internal communication: Play a key role in our internal communication by designing the employee newsletter, internal email campaigns and employer branding activities. Take editorial responsibility for our internal knowledge base, working closely with various teams to update and develop content.

Social media communication: Further develop our social media presence, especially on YouTube. You are responsible for editorial planning, content production and identifying new trends to continuously improve our strategy.

Event management: Support the planning and realization of national and international trade fairs, sponsorships and internal events. Coordinate trade fair preparations both internally and externally to ensure a smooth process and successful presentation of our company.

Reporting & Optimization: Create meaningful reports and work continuously on optimizing our communication channels. Your analytical eye will help us to refine our strategies and communicate even more effectively.

Photo and video content: Support our team in the creation of high-quality photo and video content. Your eye for detail and creativity will be in high demand.
Ihr Profil

You are an enrolled student in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Marketing Management, Communication Sciences, or a related field.

First experiences in Marketing or Communication are a plus

A hands-on mentality - you love to get involved and take action

Openness to new things and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with various topics

Digital and social media affinity

Experience with video editing for social media is desirable

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel occasionally to support and coordinate our events and trade shows from a marketing perspective on-site
