Social Work Responsibilities consist of:

Supervisor to provide weekly clinical supervision necessary to accrue hours toward clinical licensure for LSW and LAC staff. Supervision is provided at no additional cost for staff and is required due to the clinical nature of the role. In addition, there is weekly peer supervision with all clinical staff in order to collaborate as a team and stay up to date on all treatment modalities., Respect - Be able to honor the individual worth of each person and demonstrate sensitivity to cultural diversity, confidentiality, personal differences, and individual needs. Excellence - Maintain professional standards of performance and ethical conduct that ensure high quality programs for our young people and their families. Safe and Nurturing Environment - Create an atmosphere where all feel welcome, secure and at home. Foster trust and a sense of belonging to each individual Personal Growth - Believe in and nurture each person's potential by providing opportunities for positive personal development Compassion -Demonstrate care and acceptance of each person through concern, support and kindness. Partnership - Collaborate with young people and their families to define and achieve their personal goals. Work as a team, appreciating one another's contribution to the mission. Consult and network with others to advocate for students.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Able to foster and maintain good working relationships with employees at all levels

• High level of organizational skills and detail orientation, ? Must have a LCSW ? Must have a School Social Worker certification ? Experience working with at risk youth ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Social work experience: 2 years (Preferred)

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The school employees are required to be able to: ? Ability to Satisfactorily pass the Criminal History, Fingerprinting, and TB screening

• Stand, walk, sit, and properly be able to use their upper and lower extremities

• Keep workspace, equipment, and utilities clean and tidy

• Work outside with exposure to weather conditions, on occasions
