Ihre Aufgaben

Corrective maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of medical imaging equipment, scheduled Planned Maintenance (PM) events and installation of medical imaging equipment at base and customer's facilities

Repair and servicing of ultrasound equipment

Hard drive installation, software reloading and upgrade

Liaise with OEM for software, licenses and parts relating to products

Test, validate, and provide report on features, functions, and imaging performance for the auctions

Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting and repairs for ultrasound imaging equipment, to client.

Carry data wiping tasks, to clear ultrasound system of any patient identifiable date (PID) and use appropriate software to override the empty spaces.
Ihr Profil
-
Knowledge and experience in working with other medical equipment such as radiology, ophthalmic, digital imaging, PACS and networking environments will be an advantage

Help sales department in market research to aid in the understanding of market requirements

Prior diagnostic ultrasound product experience

Manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately

Strong communication skills

Solid team player and strong work ethic
