As Product Owner (f/m/x) in our Digital Lab Solutions division you will lead a product development team ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for our software solutions

Collect, analyse and prioritise requirements from internal and external stakeholders

Create and maintain the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure the development team has clearly prioritised tasks

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and progress, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and translation into software requirements

Coordinate the planning, development and release of new software versions, including conducting beta testing and gathering feedback

Work closely with QA team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the medical field

Support the creation of product documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams

Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement

Creatively promoting our products and services through written text
Ihr Profil

Academic degree in bio-/medical technology with strong IT affinity or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience in healthcare IT (e.g. in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, clinical decision support)

Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, including sound knowledge of agile and lean methodologies

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills (English fluent) to effectively interact with various stakeholders

Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good understanding of technical and business contexts

High degree of teamwork and willingness to cooperate in order to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams

Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning as role evolves with technological advancements and market changes
