We are seeking a talent to serve as the primary point of contact for one of our biggest clients, guiding them with expertise and confidence. If you are a strategic thinker, an adept problem-solver, and a master of digital marketing, we want you on our team!

What you will do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for consulting one of our biggest clients in digital marketing with focus on social media, ensuring seamless communication
• Provide ad hoc consulting, offering expert advice and solutions in content marketing and performance advertising
• Challenge and guide our internal paid media team, to optimize all paid media campaigns and achieve KPIs
• Assure that our content creation team delivers state-of-the art content creation, which is in line with the client's strategy
• Develop content and advertising strategies that align with the client's goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies
• Address and resolve client concerns and challenges promptly and effectively

What we expect:

• At least 5 years of work experience in digital marketing, preferably on agency-side
• Hands-on experience with content marketing and digital performance advertising
• Strong state-of-the-art social media and online marketing know-how
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high conflict ability
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative
• Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
• Our budget for this role is between 40,000 - 60,000 (annual gross). How much you earn will depend on experience and qualification
