If missing documents, memo to board president required stating reason why documents are missing, Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with aircraft maintenance units, technicians, and other relevant personnel to develop comprehensive maintenance plans, schedules, and tasking for C-40 and F-16 aircraft. Ensure effective coordination and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate efficient maintenance operations. Supervision and Reporting: Provide direct supervision, guidance, and oversight to maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical directives, and maintenance procedures. Monitor and analyze maintenance activities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports, including aircraft status, maintenance actions, and performance metrics, to support decision-making and accountability. Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including manpower, tools, equipment, and facilities, to support maintenance operations. Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance practices. Technical Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the C-40 and F-16 aircraft systems, components, and maintenance requirements. Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues. Stay updated with the latest technical publications, procedures, and best practices related to these aircraft. Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures governing maintenance operations, including Air Force directives and safety regulations. Promote and enforce a culture of safety, risk management, and continuous improvement within the maintenance organization.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate the professional development of maintenance personnel. Provide guidance, mentoring, and assistance in enhancing technical skills and knowledge to promote a highly capable and motivated workforce. Collaboration and Coordination: Foster effective collaboration and coordination with other units, agencies, and organizations involved in the maintenance process, such as supply chain management, logistics, quality assurance, and engineering. Act as a liaison and point of contact for maintenance-related matters with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: A comprehensive understanding of the maintenance requirements, systems, and components of C-40 and F-16 aircraft. Demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance operations, preferably with C-40 and F-16 aircraft. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and coordinate maintenance teams. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance operations effectively. Familiarity with relevant Air Force regulations, technical directives, and maintenance procedures. Ability to analyze complex maintenance situations and make sound decisions based on available information. Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices applicable to aircraft maintenance operations. Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and software for tracking and reporting maintenance activities.
