Trainer and Maintainer Specialist

ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Trainer and Maintainer Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.,

• Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

• Develop course curriculum, develop training modules and instructional materials for technical training programs.

• Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.

• Assess needs to determine training material content.

• Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials and techniques.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ihr Profil

• Five (5) years of experience and a BA/BS degree in a related field (OR) 9+ years of experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 12+ years of qualified experience.

• Must have and CDL-B.

• Must have completed a legacy or current TRADOC approved Army Instructor training course (Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS), Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC), or TRADOC equivalent.

• Military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in maintenance-related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.

• Experience in providing instruction and training.

• Experience developing course curriculum.

• Maintenance, repair, technical experience and background in commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.

• Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Travel to hostile areas is required.

• Position requires moderate to lengthy travel to various US or OCONUS locations.

• Must be able to meet all medical requirements for foreign travel into operational locations.

• Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

• Valid Driver's License.

• High School Diploma or GED.

  Desired Qualifications:

• Commercial or military experience with heavy duty trucks, tractors, ground systems, or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicles.

  Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

  Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.

Important Note : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.
