Ihre Aufgaben

You take over coordination and operational doing of the SLS, e.g. database adjustments, data analysis etc.

• You analyze and optimize SLS activities.
• You review and delevop the automation of regular support activities.
• You document and prepare support topics as FAQ.

Setting up business analytic services (visualization of business data in e.g. cockpit charts)

• You support and cosult other business functions in business data visualization

Ihr Profil

Education: You have a completed degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or in a business data related subject. Experience: You have experience in business processes, data bank, SQL, business analytic services. Know-How: You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Jira Personality: You are characterized by your very good analytical and strategic mindset as well as your strong communication skills. Working Practice: You work self-reliantly, in a structured, motivated and team-oriented manner. Language: You are fluent in German and English
