Ihre Aufgaben

As a Product Manager for Online Marketing, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the further development and sustainable success of a fast-growing product group with a focus on website marketing, local marketing and email marketing. In your future responsibilities, you will develop new products and services, optimize existing offers, represent customer needs and always keep an eye on the overall economic impact of your actions.

Tasks

• You are actively involved in developing the product vision and derive content and success-oriented requirements from it, describe these in a way that is appropriate for the target group and coordinate them with the relevant stakeholders.

• You ensure that the product portfolio is in line with the market, particularly in terms of feature characteristics and competitiveness. You ensure a balance between customer needs and business value as well as between growth and profitability. You will also prepare decision papers derived from this for top management.

• You ensure the product management process from end to end: from the idea to go-to-market and subsequent success management.

• You evaluate the market, competitors and (potential) cooperation partners and initiate projects and measures derived from this in close coordination with existing service providers.

• You cooperate with stakeholders throughout the company, especially with Product Development and Operations, to ensure product success and an optimal customer experience.

Ihr Profil

Are you enthusiastic about new challenges and ready to tackle them with motivation? Have you demonstrably shown that you know and understand the Online Marketing market, with all its special features? Do you always remain solution- and implementation-oriented and never lose sight of the essentials? Then you've come to the right place!

• You have a successfully completed university degree (e.g. business, marketing, IT) and demonstrable professional experience in the field of Online Marketing, ideally already in product management.

• Your very good analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking will help you in particular to assess business and process key figures and derive targeted measures.

• You are motivated, act on your own initiative and impress with your confident demeanor and assertiveness when working with internal and external stakeholders as well as with internationally distributed teams.

• You are motivated to identify growth opportunities for your products and show passion and creativity to find ways to realize them.

• A very good command of English and ideally good written and spoken German as well as excellent communication and presentation skills round off your profile.
