We are looking for motivated and curious students (f/m/d) who want to support us with deep dives, recommendations or prototypes to research extension areas of our Observability solution.

You would contribute to developing solutions for our stakeholders and self-monitoring, working with industry-standard tooling like Micrometer, Spring, vue.js etc.

As a student working in our team, you will have flexible working hours that fit with your study schedule.

You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art cloud technologies, gain hands-on experience in a real-world project and expand your technical skills, while working in a professional environment, learning from and with us. What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
• Passion for technical topics and strong will to understand new things
• Proficiency in a higher programming language (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, Go), general development tools (e.g. Git, bash command-line &), basic web technologies (e.g. HTTP/S, REST APIs, &), or UX technologies.

Knowledge/Experience in Running or Monitoring complex systems is a plus Meet your team

The SAP Business Technology Platform is our Platform-as-a-Service offering allowing us to manage and develop business cloud applications.

Within our agile development team, mostly located conveniently in Karlsruhe, we work on services to observe and analyze applications along multiple dimensions, including performance, availability, and robustness.

By that we offer the foundation for all other teams developing on the platform to establish good availability insights for their own solutions, services they rely on, and their customers.
