Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy through account plan to drive profitable sales growth.

Develop successful working relationships with new & existing clients and establish dsm-firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business. Negotiate favorable commercial terms pricing and payment terms.

Partner internally with cross-functional teams (Fragrance Development, Marketing, Innovation etc.) to create holistic value propositions for clients.

Build account sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus given objective.

Identify gaps and needs in client portfolio and set-up proactive plans to increase and defend market share. Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape.

Manage products life cycle, demand planning, customer care and supply chain efficiency to ensure high level of service to clients.

We are looking for a highly engaged and open minded individual, capable to take over the role as Sales Account Manager Perfumery in team in Germany. You will be part of a high-performance team and ensure we continue to delivery our ambitious revenue and profitability targets while playing an active role in utilizing top line synergies of the new dsm-firmenich organization.,

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field (Economics, Marketing, Science…).

Minimum 3 years of flavor/fragrance/ingredient sales experience, sales/marketing and experience in FMCG.

Ability to drive for results, with a competitive mindset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated team player with leadership skills and persistence.

Computer literacy - fluent in English and German language.
