As Team Lead for the Creative team (Graphic Designers, Videographer, and 3D Artist) in the Sysmex EMEA Marketing Communications department, you are the driving force behind the visual execution of campaigns and concepts

In collaboration with our Creative Consultants, you define and develop the visual identity of campaigns, including layouts, colour schemes, image selection, typography and other design elements, ensuring aesthetic, effective, and audience-oriented outcomes

You take on disciplinary and technical management of the team, setting annual goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and feedback by translating creative visions into actionable design direction

Together with your team, you oversee the efficient execution of service requests from our business lines, affiliates, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality deliverables

Beyond leadership, you actively contribute to the creation of visual assets - from initial concepts to final designs - ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in all outputs
Ihr Profil
-
5+ years of experience in digital/classical advertisement, marketing and design - preferably as an Art Director in an agency environment.

At least two years of leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, guide and develop a creative team.

Strong creative skills with an excellent sense of graphic design, composition, and layout.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as MS PowerPoint.

A keen interest in new technologies and AI-driven design tools.

Awareness of advertising trends and deep knowledge of creative processes.

Fluent English skills to effectively lead an international team and collaborate across the EMEA region.
