What you'll do

Play a pivotal role in our Information Security organization, taking on global responsibility for Cyber Security initiatives

Lead and manage cyber security project teams to achieve their objectives and deliver high-quality results

Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring they stay on track in terms of time, costs, scope, and quality. Implement corrective measures when deviations occur

Ensure all assigned projects are completed successfully, meeting all relevant milestones and utilizing appropriate resources

Ihr Profil

Hold a degree in business studies, computer science, information security, or a related field, complemented by relevant work experience

Exhibit proven change management experience with a strong passion for cyber security

Demonstrate successful leadership in managing complex cyber security projects, ideally within the manufacturing industry

Possess deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS), technologies, and best practices
-
Ideally, have relevant project certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, IPMA) and/or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
