Ihre Aufgaben

Carrying out the entire recruiting process from job advertisement to selection and contract drafting.

Supporting and advising employees on all personnel-related issues.

Responsibility for personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files and managing employment contracts.

Participation in the further development and implementation of HR processes and guidelines.

Support in the implementation of personnel development measures and training.

Regular reports to the management and close coordination with the management and the specialist departments to ensure effective HR work.
Ihr Profil
-
Completed studies in the field of HR management, business administration or a comparable qualification
-
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar position
-
Sound knowledge of labor law and use of common HR software
-
Confident handling of MS Office
-
Strong communication skills as well as a service-oriented and independent way of working

Ability to work in a team, empathy and assertiveness

Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
