With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Cologne. As an IT Service Manager at Yazaki, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our internal customers.
What you'll be doing:

Providing information and support to internal customers regarding critical events.

Support the Problem Management process by facilitating and coordinating post-remediation root cause analysis, corrective actions, and documentation requirements.

Offering guidance to internal customers on various IT service aspects, including incidents, requests, and ideas. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and creation of knowledge documentation.

Facilitate the achievement of Service Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related Proactive Process Metrics.

Collaborating with the IT Process Owners and leadership team to enhance processes and services continually.

Coordinating efforts between the Service Desk, NOC team and subject matter experts to support and resolve incidents. You will also act as a facilitator and coordinator during major incidents, as well as review availability KPIs.

Identifying training opportunities to support operational and business objectives.
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in an automotive or related industry.

Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Business Fluent in English.
