• We enable and drive eFood-related business models for the REWE Group - disrupting the current industry with our Fulfillment Platform.

  Over the past years we built a platform that supports the whole FF process chain with 15+ Apps, 30+ Web-UIs and 100s of microservices. Now we are looking for your support as Delivery Manager on our journey to optimize and further scale our platform in the ever growing eFood and Fulfillment market.

  Tasks that get you ahead:

• Continuous definition of the portfolio process & management together with the CPO & DM as well as operationally ensuring our value-driven approach with regard to prioritization, estimation and forecasting of our portfolio process

• Establishing, managing and continuously improving our delivery processes while ensuring on-time delivery and measuring the success of our initiatives

• Tactical and operational implementation of a product-based organization by ensuring and enforcing its principles within the overarching company

• Location-independent functional leadership for the product owners of the Fulfillment Tribe on tactical and operational level with respect to delivery

• Supporting Product Owners in their role as Initiative Managers for tribe/domain-wide initiatives and/or for initiatives with a high risk potential

• Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have full transparency over the planning, the progress and the state of initiatives

• As part of the Fulfillment Tribe leadership team you take an active part in forming our tribe strategy. To do so, you add your delivery perspective to all the other perspectives so that we have a holistic impression

• Willingness to travel between Germany and Bulgaria (min. 4 weeks per year) is a necessity to ensure team-overarching coordination within the Fulfillment Tribe on a regular basis,

Ihr Profil

• Several years of practical experience within the area of product ownership, project management or agile coaching (enterprise level)

• Agile mindset with well-founded skills with regard to agile frameworks and methods

• Extensive experience regarding planning & forecasting methodologies

• Excellent communication skills - an appreciative & transparent way of working with your colleagues is your daily business

• Distinct analytical & conceptual skills, paired with a pragmatic & hands-on mentality

• Creativity, user-centricity and a sincere excitement for product development is a must

• Ability to lead a team in an agile environment, to give feedback continuously and to embrace a culture of failure as well as to empower your coworkers

• Fulfillment / logistics knowledge is a plus

• Very good English skills both written and verbal are a must, very good German skills both written and verbal are a big plus
