Leads the SAP SD & KSK team on disciplinary and functional basis and is responsible for HR processes of the team members

Ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to SAP solution and collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team

Creates regularly reports about performance, resource situation within the team and projects

Ensures that ITIL relevant processes are followed within the team

Aligns with the manager of SCM and MM/WM/SD-LE teams
-
Responsible for the end-to-end processes and applications within the SD & KSK environment as well as the owner of ERP templates in this area

Responsible for the relevant ERP system landscape definition (architecture) and its alignment with the complete CIT IT architecture

Representative of the IT SAP SD & KSK department towards central functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into integrated SAP solutions

Support/create blueprint or specification for an IT solution.

Actively gain knowledge in the assigned area if any changes appear or if a new process is implemented. Ensure that proper training documentation is available and support trainings

2nd and 3rd level support of service operations for Incidents and Problems
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree or comparable professional knowledge and experience in business administration or IT or engineering

4-6 years of professional experience

Knowledge of SAP SD & KSK processes, SD-LE, EDI (PP, FI, SBI are plus)

Proven experience as a team leader in medium-sized industrial companies and in an international and multicultural environment
