We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and skilled Team Lead Ad Tech (f/m/d) to join our team to drive TRKKNs Ad Tech strategy, empowering clients and team members to unlock the full potential of Google's digital marketing technologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Shape TRKKNs Ad Tech Services and Strategy: Drive the evolution of TRKKNs Ad Tech services, ensuring our solutions stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, building seamless connections between Ad Tech, analytics, and strategic consulting.
Act as a thought leader, representing TRKKN in internal and external forums, and introducing cutting-edge practices to the team and clients.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Inspire and lead a team of GMP consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Provide mentorship, guiding team members in tackling complex projects and enhancing their expertise.
Drive Client Development and Digital Maturity: Guide clients in integrating GMP tools like Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, and Search Ads 360 to maximize their digital marketing capabilities.
Develop strategies to advance client maturity, unlocking the full potential of Ad Tech solutions within their business models.
Operational Excellence: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and platform specialists to resolve technical challenges and optimize service delivery.
