Tasks: In our Customer Experience Management team, you look under the hood: you take on end-to-end responsibility, configure our CRM platform and build the technical foundation for automated "guided processes" that optimally control our consultants in direct customer contact.
- You are responsible for the technical development and configuration of our CRM system (BSI Customer Suite), in particular the creation of guided processes
- You translate functional requirements from sales and service into technical solutions and accompany them from the initial idea to implementation
- You identify potential for automating customer processes in new and existing business and implement these independently
- As a link between the specialist department and IT, you advise your colleagues on feasibility and contribute your own ideas to optimally combine marketing, sales and service processes
- You use our analysis tools to make the success of your processes measurable and to continuously optimize standards and templates

- Education: Degree (business informatics, insurance management, business administration with IT focus) or comparable qualification with technical and economic understanding.
- Experience: CRM configuration, process management; knowledge of the BSI Customer Suite an advantage.
- Mindset: Analytical, with an affinity for numbers, enjoy technical topics (low/no code) to optimize user and customer experience.
- Data strategy & sales impulses: translate processes into actions; develop next best actions, automated lead follow-ups, resubmissions.
- Working method: Independent, holistic (end-to-end), actively shape structures in a dynamic environment.
- Competence: Modeling business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
- Language: Business fluent German (min. C1)
