Ihre Aufgaben

• Creation of inquiries, evaluations and offers

• Processing orders, order confirmations and complaints as well as invoice verification

• Order monitoring

• You are the contact person for suppliers

• Optimization of stock levels

• Negotiating prices and conditions

• Analyzing and monitoring global procurement markets and developing procurement market strategies

Ihr Profil

You communicate efficiently in different situations: in private, in small and large groups or in different styles and at different levels. You focus on the highest priorities and put aside less significant tasks.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree or completed training, preferably with a technical background

• professional experience in purchasing in an international industrial company

• Experience in project management

• Assertiveness as well as analytical and conceptual skills

  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Operational English required

• Knowledge of SAP is desirable

• Structured way of working, strong negotiating skills and high-reaching thinking and acting
