Identification of new service developments & trends

Development of new customer services incl. preparation of go-to-market assets (e.g. contracts, advertising, training) in collaboration with internal departments (e.g. Marketing Operations, Legal, Purchasing)

First go-to person for local ad-hoc requests & service launch support

Analysis of Service KPIs, best practice identification and definition of counter-measurements

Regular performance steering with local country organizations

You have been preferably working in marketing or sales environment

You gained first experiences in international working environment

You are persuasive and have the innate ability to clearly express important topics

You are persistent & able to manage cross-functioning teams

You work with a hands-on mentality & are fluent in English with great communication skills
