Global Service Manager (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Identification of new service developments & trends
• Development of new customer services incl. preparation of go-to-market assets (e.g. contracts, advertising, training) in collaboration with internal departments (e.g. Marketing Operations, Legal, Purchasing)
• First go-to person for local ad-hoc requests & service launch support
• Analysis of Service KPIs, best practice identification and definition of counter-measurements
• Regular performance steering with local country organizations

DU BRINGST MIT:

• You have been preferably working in marketing or sales environment
• You gained first experiences in international working environment
• You are persuasive and have the innate ability to/clearly express important topics
• You are persistent & able to manage/cross-functioning teams
• You work with a/hands-on mentality & are fluent in English with great communication skills
