These are your tasks:
- Comprehensive responsibility for operational configuration management, from planning to documentation of baselines, customer definitions and changes.
- Design and optimisation of configuration management processes, including digitalisation and automation.
- Support and further development of tools and IT systems, in particular SAP-PS, for controlling project structures and configurations.
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth configuration processes.
- Leading and developing a motivated team through coaching and promoting a positive team culture.
Who we are looking for:
- Completed technical degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of leadership experience in configuration management and process optimisation.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP-PS and IT systems.
- Expertise in coaching and team development.
- Strong communication skills and strong collaboration with stakeholders.
