Head of Configuration Management (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:

• Comprehensive responsibility for operational configuration management, from planning to documentation of baselines, customer definitions and changes.
• Design and optimisation of configuration management processes, including digitalisation and automation.
• Support and further development of tools and IT systems, in particular SAP-PS, for controlling project structures and configurations.
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth configuration processes.
• Leading and developing a motivated team through coaching and promoting a positive team culture.

Who we are looking for:

• Completed technical degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience in configuration management and process optimisation.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP-PS and IT systems.
• Expertise in coaching and team development.
• Strong communication skills and strong collaboration with stakeholders.
