Ihre Aufgaben

• As a Lead Design Engineer in a small, interdisciplinary early development team, you will be involved in developing functions and technologies for the advancement of future high-voltage DCDC converters and onboard chargers

• In this role, you will take on the responsibility for all construction-related tasks in collaboration with other domains such as hardware and manufacturing technology

• Your tasks include developing innovative technology concepts, taking into account product and process requirements, cost targets, and sustainability aspects

• Based on these considerations, you will work with the team, prototype construction, and external suppliers to create models and prototypes, testing and evaluating them

• With a clear focus on future market developments (suppliers, competitors, customers), you actively support benchmark activities

• You will collaborate closely with series development, our technology department, central early development, and external partners such as universities and suppliers

Ihr Profil

• Completed engineering degree in mechatronics or mechanical engineering, preferably with knowledge in the field of power electronics

• Relevant professional experience in construction engineering, ideally in the early development environment

• Good knowledge of manufacturing and material technologies

• Proficient in CAD (Catia V5) and Doors

• Team spirit, motivated, and agile work approach

• Strong technical understanding, analytical work style, and effective communication skills

• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
