Develop, implement, and oversee the Business Group's (BG) CO2 reduction strategy and roadmap, aligned with the Group Net Zero roadmap, ensuring measurable progress via KPIs

Research and recommend carbon emission reduction initiatives, balancing environmental impact with financial feasibility and investment requirements

Advise and support BG functions to enhance environmental impact solutions, such as eco-design, CO2e footprint methodologies, waste, and water management, in collaboration with Group Functions

Lead and coordinate the CO2 cross-functional network (Organize and facilitate regular workshops to advance and monitor action plans; Establish governance committees for oversight and alignment

Ensure the acquisition and application of CO2e footprint methodologies in accordance with Group standards, contributing to the evolution of methodologies and data quality

Collect, interpret, and manage sustainability data, ensuring integration into digital tools (e.g., CO2 costing tools, accounting systems, and Sustainable Digital Product Passport

Report CO2/product sustainability performance quarterly to the BG board, covering contributions from innovation and acquisition
Ihr Profil

Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications in sustainability or CO2 management are an advantage

Strategic Insight: Proven ability to analyze industry trends, particularly in sustainability, and identify weak signals to anticipate future business levers over a 5 to 10-year horizon

Change Leadership: Demonstrated track record of influencing and driving global strategic change agendas, with strong credibility across all levels of the organization
