Ihre Aufgaben


The Position: These positions will report to the Project coordinator. They will be based in Betroka and Ampanihy respectively., - Conduct field visits and provide technical assistance on OFSP cultivation.

- Organize and deliver farmer training sessions and on-farm demonstrations.

- Collect and analyze data; prepare and submit progress reports.

- Build relationships with communities, authorities, and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with project staff and partners to ensure effective implementation. Monitor project activities and participate in impact evaluations.



Ihr Profil


Selection Criteria

- Master's degree in Agronomy, Biology, Nutrition, or related area.

- At least 6 years of experience required.

- Knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and technologies.

- Skills in training smallholder farmers, especially using participatory approaches.

- Experience in agricultural extension, working with smallholder farms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in data collection, analysis and reporting.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.

- Willingness to travel to remote areas and work under challenging conditions.
