Ihre Aufgaben

• Represent Owner's interest throughout project(s) and manage project risks and minimize exposure.

• Establishing project objectives, strategy, and scopes.

• Assist in qualification and selection of contractors.

• Managing communications with project stakeholders.

• Meet with program team members on a regular basis to review progress and costs.

• Estimate development and refinement.

• Through understanding of cost management practices and Cost variance reporting

• Managing multiyear projects to annualized budgets.

• Experience of schedule development, progress, and delivery milestones.

• Tracking project resource availability.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Review and approval of change orders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Ihr Profil

• Minimum 7 years related experience, including 3 or more years managing engineering projects in the Gas, Transmission & Distribution industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires an individual capable of applying intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.

• Must have experience with the production of applicable engineering design and construction documents.

• Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.

• Demonstrated success in project management which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.

• Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contracts on project-related matters.

• Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.

• Previous consulting experience preferred.

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including the use of Microsoft Project or equivalent.,

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
