The Institute for Cardiogenetics (www.cardiogenetics-luebeck.de) was established in 2013, comprising teams in Bioinformatics and Experimental Research. Team members employ and integrate in-silico, in-vitro, and in-vivo methods to unravel the genetics of cardiovascular diseases. We have a large dataset and are involved in extensive networks of national and international collaborations, such as CARDIoGRAMplusC4D, PlaqOmics, and VIAgenomics. Additionally, we actively participate in data and sample exchange initiatives.
