• Responsible management of the bottling department including personnel management and development.
• Ensuring efficient production processes and compliance with quality standards.
• Planning, controlling and optimizing production processes in collaboration with other departments.
• Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
• Analyzing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production targets.
• Responsibility for the maintenance and efficient operation of the filling lines.

• Degree in engineering, production technology, food technology or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the management of production departments, ideally in the area of filling or packaging.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in change management.
• Sound knowledge of production planning, quality assurance and process optimization.
• Confident handling of ERP systems and relevant software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a solution-orientated way of working.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
