For the PHOENIX Corporate IT we are looking for a Network Security Engineer (m/f/d) in Mannheim or Fürth.

The PHOENIX Corporate IT, Network Security Team delivers high available and secure services to company internal European customers. We are designing, building and running connectivity and security solutions across a technical market leader landscape.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implement new, decentral Network and Security solutions and changes to existing solutions within the team and with partners

• Operate the Cisco based Site LAN service and the Cisco based Wifi solution service for our European customers on a daily business basis

• Create concept- and operational documents

• Ensure the availability of delivered solutions, by participating in on-call duty as well as occasionally working outside the normal business hours, at weekends or on public holidays for special changes

• Consult our internal, European customers to identify their requirements and to create adequate solutions,

• Apprenticeship / study as IT specialist for system integration or comparable well-founded IT qualification,

Ihr Profil

• Profound knowledge in the implementation and administration of Cisco switching and routing, as well as Cisco and/or Extreme Network Wifi

• Experience in the operation of Cisco Catalyst systems in combination with Dot.1x

• An efficient, structured and customer-oriented way of working, especially in critical situations

• Analytical skills and the ability to create sustained solutions by documenting and sharing

• Business- and technical english skills, both written and spoken

• Proficiency in German language is desirable.
