Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? At IQVIA, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical innovation. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Germany, where you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for key roles including Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, Senior Medical Directors Patient Access and Patient Support roles.,

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical industry roles.

  • Provide comprehensive staffing support, expertise, and advice to management and operational teams.

  • Build, manage, and regularly evaluate applicant pools.

  • Assess, track, and report on key metrics such as time to hire, cost to hire, and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost-effectiveness.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline staffing procedures.

  • Evaluate contracts and relationships with external vendors.

  • Collaborate with managers to develop detailed recruiting strategy documents, confirming job duties, responsibilities, and business needs.

  • Provide training to line management on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as needed.

  • Assist with managing projects related to country-specific legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, and compliance.

  • Maintain data to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce.

  • Comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.

  • Stay informed about market trends and demands impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates.



Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 4 years of experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.

  • Experience in active sourcing and managing talent pools.

  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry and recruiting Medical Sales Representatives, Medical Science Liaison and related roles.

  • Extensive knowledge of country-specific legislation in the recruitment process.

  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills.

  • Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to lead projects.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
