Maintenance Generalist - Manuntentore Generalista (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Maintaining and caring of the furnitures, decors and the entire building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrician, plumbing) in compliance with legal standards and Hirmer Hospitality procedures,

• Regular checking of the technical rooms, offices, swimming pools, kitchens, restaurants, bars, equipments, SPA area, fire protection system, audio system, air conditioning, aspiration system and technical facilities,

• Carrying out and checking regular maintenance and service work,

• Painting walls if necessary,

• Analyzing malfunctions and solving problems faults in guest rooms/suites and public areas,

• Assisting with special projects and supporting gardeners if necessary.

Ihr Profil

• Technical high school diploma with high grade,

• Minimum 3 years´ work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role,

• Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)

• High attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,

• Covering several weekend/holiday shifts for month,

• Legal right to work in Italy,

• MS Office and reporting confidence (especially Excel and Word),

• Driving license B.
