Working Student Operations - Part time (20 hours/week)

Location: Munich*

Join our team in a highly visible department , combining elements of strategy, analytics and execution at the core of our ride hailing business. We define the European multi-mobility ecosystem. We are looking for someone who takes charge to grow our supply , which means you will stay connected to our driver base and foster best practices. The position as Working Student Driver Operations will be part of our Driver Operations team in Munich . We are looking forward to your application and can't wait for you to join us on the journey!

Type of contract: Working Student contract

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Front office support to our existing drivers and partners, and tickets support through Zendesk
• Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver Performance, including outbound calls
• Account management and networking within the mobility industry.
• Project Management - support in various projects related to Driver Operations (e.g. Expansion, Multi-Mobility, best practice implementation, etc.)
• Distribution and audit of FREENOW on-car-advertising
• Competition analysis inside the Mobility field

Hybrid model: ideally 3 days in the office, possibility of doing 1 day home office

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Highly motivated to support our drivers and partners with a positive attitude
• Ideally some initial experience in a similar role (Operations, Project Management, Customer Service or Account Management)
• Fluent German skills (B2 level or higher) and good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Comfortable working with (G-Sheets, Tableau)
• Good Communication skills
