Legal Manager

Del Monte is looking for a Legal Manager based in Monaco for a 6 months temporary contract for its Europe and Africa Legal Department.

Ihre Aufgaben

Reporting to and working together with the Director Legal Europe & Africa, the successful candidate will have to assist the Legal team in the following main missions:

• Negotiate and draft various contracts in English and French

• Provide legal advice to the units based in 16 countries including the operational and support teams

• Provide legal assistance in the Business development and diversification

• Draft and review diverse corporate documents for the European entities; coordinate with the Paralegal for the Europe & Africa Region

• Assist in claims and disputes matters; liaise with the external counsels

• Assist in the implementation of internal policies of the group and train the internal teams in terms of compliance

Ihr Profil

• Fluent in English and French (spoken & written). Italian would be a plus

• Detailed oriented

• Resourceful

• Logical minded

• Organizational skills

• Ability to integrate in a team and to work independently,

• Master 2 degree in Business Law

• At least 5 years' experience as in-house counsel negotiating and drafting contracts in English and French
