Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and implement globally harmonized Accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure the preparation of accurate financial statements of our legal entities in SAP

• Representative of Accounting in the S4 Hana Transformation project

• Takeover of project management tasks in global projects with various stakeholders in Accounting driven projects

• Develop comprehensive process documentation and guidelines, setting the standard for operational excellence

• Collaboration with other functions (e.g. Procurement, IT, Internal Audit) along the end-to-end processes Budget to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash in order to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvements through process automation (incl. Robotics) and process mining

• Preparation of training materials and conducting of accounting trainings KB internally

• 20% traveling time

Ihr Profil

• Degree (MBA preferred) in Business Studies with majors in Finance and Accounting

• At least 8 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting functions, with a deep understanding of Accounting and business processes in SAP (R3 or S4Hana)

• Experienced SAP Knowledge in FI-module, advanced SAP-Knowledge in CO and MM-module

• Solid project management skills and ability of setting priorities in a complex environment with different stakeholders and international cultures

• Extensive IFRS knowledge

• Strong interest in the development of system based solutions using artificial intelligence and Robotics (experience is highly appreciated)

• Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements

• Self-initiative, processual and analytical thinking and acting

• Business fluent in German and English
