Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for you as a (Junior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) for our Collaboration Team at one of our locations in Hamburg or Munich as soon as possible. In this role, you will support our large and medium-sized customers with projects in the area of Cisco Collaboration

What you can expect from us

• You are responsible for the (independent) realisation of projects

• You design and implement technical solutions from Cisco and Microsoft in the collaboration environment and hand them over to operations

• You create customer documentation and conduct technical workshops and training sessions

• With your technical expertise, you will accompany the customer's sales department and support the preparation of offers and tenders

Ihr Profil

• You have successfully completed a degree or training in the IT environment

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the project or service business in the collaboration sector

• Ideally, you have certification from Cisco or Microsoft

• You are a strong presenter and find it easy to present technical issues in a simple way

• You are characterised by commitment and initiative, your working style is characterised by independence and structure

• You have a driving licence (B)

• German language skills at level C1 and good English skills at level B1 round off your profile
