WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an independent and motivated Working Student, you'll be part of the HR Delivery Team for our Global Services Office in Munich which hosts about 180 employees and is part of the local BCG office in Munich.

In this role you will gain interesting insights into HR operations while supporting the team with its varied day-to-day business. This will include:

• Supporting the onboarding of working students
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Organizing signatures from various stakeholders for contracts / amendments etc.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining personnel folders
• Managing our anniversary and birthday gift process
• Creating employment confirmations and reference letters
• Ad-hoc support in various HR requests

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• You are currently enrolled at an institute of higher education in Germany.
• You have ideally completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field.
• You are a proficient user of the MS Office package.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills are essential. Proficiency in German is an added advantage.

YOU'LL WORK WITH

In an international environment, you'll work together closely with the HR Team in the Global Services Munich Office as well as global HR colleagues across the firm. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, an active exchange of experience, and strong trust. Your colleagues will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your new role.
