Ihre Aufgaben

We are seeking a skilled HR Controller (all genders) to join our team. In this role, you will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to make informed recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.

• Collecting, preparing and monitoring HR key figures and KPIs for dashboard reporting

• Carrying out personnel cost controlling and budget management

• Carrying out salary studies and job evaluations

• Participation in company audits

• Supporting compensation processes, including salary adjustments and bonuses

• Main contact person and expert for compensation-related issues and personnel costs on a global level

Ihr Profil

• Business studies degree with a minimum of three years of professional experience, preferably international

• Strong financial competence and analytical skills with strategic vision

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in project management preferred

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
