Ihre Aufgaben

• Provide support and advice to PAYBACK countries in various areas, e.g. coordination of global accounts or implementation of PAYBACK features at existing partner companies

• Actively participate in the evaluation and preparation of new, strategic projects - in the form of case studies, research, market analyses and process descriptions

• Manage the reporting and monitoring of our international country units

• Work on ad hoc requests from internal, mostly international interfaces and coordinate the transfer of knowledge between countries

• Support colleagues in the preparation of international management meetings

Ihr Profil

• You are in an advanced semester of business administration or a comparable course of study

• You have good analytical and communication skills

• You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs

• You are highly self-motivated, structured, resilient and flexible

• Your German and English skills are excellent, other languages are an advantage
