Ihre Aufgaben


We are looking for a Risk Manager. In this exciting role, you will be part of our DSA Compliance Office responsible for our management of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). The Risk Manager role involves interacting with multiple business teams, including Legal, Public Policy, Product Quality, Brand Registry, Product Safety, Advertising, and several other business, product, and tech teams. You will support implementation and oversight of operational compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will be a key point of contact to support external audits and provide second-line compliance guidance to the business teams involved in the external audits. You must have a proven track record in managing large-scale programs across a matrixed organization. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and be able to apply data analysis to solve complex problems., 1. Collaborate with the business to implement operational compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to the DSA and potentially other EU product-related compliance regulations. 2. Guide internal stakeholders in assessing, managing, and establishing mitigation strategies through appropriate controls. 3. Plan and support external audits, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying any mitigation steps, if necessary. 4. Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact to support the business in operating within compliance. 5. Support creating and delivering training programs on compliance matters to the business.

This position involves travel (10-20% of the time), primarily within Europe with occasional trips to international locations.

About the team At Amazon we believe that customer trust is of paramount importance to anything we do. To raise that bar, the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team works with regulators, brands, selling partners, and customers to identify, to mitigate, and to prevent product safety risk and product compliance risk. The Trustworthy Shopping Experience EU team covers product safety, product compliance, product quality for our Retail and Seller businesses in UK and EU stores. For the EU DSA law, our Compliance Office partners with 60 teams across Selling Partner Services, Ads, and Shopping orgs to ensure Amazon's DSA compliance. We implement upcoming requirements for the DSA law across the EU Stores, and work with partner teams to design, implement, and operate processes, software and machine learning we collectively apply to protect our customers from unsafe, illegal and inauthentic products, in line with the DSA law.



Ihr Profil


Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 4+ years of professional experience in audit, compliance program or risk management
  • Business proficiency in English and at least one other European language, Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Experience in e-commerce, social media, or online companies in content moderation or risk functions
