Ihre Aufgaben


  • You are the central point of contact for expanding and securing long-term, profitable business relationships with existing partner companies

  • You develop cross-channel concepts and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention

  • You focus on the further development of all measures, deriving meaningful recommendations for action based on generated reports

  • You are responsible for managing partner-specific (tech) projects and coordinating with internal specialists in the areas of Product & Tech, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Legal

  • You prepare high-quality presentations for management-level meetings and present the content convincingly to partners

  • You oversee proposal processes, lead negotiations, and successfully conclude contracts

  • You create annual plans and monthly forecasts, ensuring targets are achieved



Ihr Profil


  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification

  • You bring 3-5 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or agency environments

  • You possess relevant knowledge in CRM as well as direct and digital marketing

  • You have experience in managing or implementing projects

  • You have strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with an affinity for numbers and KPIs

  • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality

  • You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor

  • You are assertive and confident in negotiations

  • You have excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English
