Ihre Aufgaben

• Deputy manager for the housekeeping area

• Checking the rooms and public areas after cleaning, taking into account compliance with our high quality standards

• Supporting the housekeeping management in the administration of daily activities

• Creating duty rosters for the department

• Coordination of tasks and planning of room cleaning

• Liaison person to coordinate the work of Housekeeping, Technical, Front Office and Laundry

• Preparing, distributing and communicating changes in room occupancy

• Information about free rooms that are ready for the guest

• Preparation of reports on arrivals and departures

Ihr Profil

• Several years of experience in housekeeping

• Ideally experience with Opera

• A keen eye for detail

• Expertise and handling of cleaning products

• Planning, delegation and team building skills

• Friendly, courteous demeanour

• Strong team spirit

• Good knowledge of German and English
