Ihre Aufgaben


  • GTM Team Support: Align and empower GTM teams with improved strategy, processes, analytics, and tools. Ensure efficient, scalable operations.

  • KPI Dashboard: Develop and monitor a centralized dashboard for KPI measurement using Qlik.

  • GTM Strategy: Support and refine the GTM strategy based on market trends and data analysis.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, BD, CS, Marketing, and other stakeholders to share insights and improve visibility.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure systems track key metrics accurately and maintain GTM data integrity.

  • Reporting and Planning: own revenue capacity modeling, including sales forecasting, lead conversions, pipeline coverage, compensation planning, quota setting, account segmentation, territory creation, and customer retention

  • Process Optimization: partner with revenue leadership on our end-to-end GTM processes and align technology/solutions to the needs, as well as our internal data and analytics team to ensure trust in data mapping between systems

  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate GTM metrics, streamline processes, and drive actions to ensure accurate and actionable reporting across the organization, including the acceleration of lead-to-deal.

  • Tech Stack Management: Manage CRM (Salesforce) and related tech stack, including system configurations and integrations.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing RevOps team that thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.



Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience; comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and other CRM tools and proficiency in BI platforms (e.g., Qlik).

  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align operations and extract maximum value from data systems.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of data analysis.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical problem solving and presentation skills.

  • Strong project management and detail-oriented approach.

  • Highly adaptable, motivated, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leverage AI technology to enhance revenue operations by utilizing advanced data analysis, generating actionable insights, and optimizing analytics.
