- Innovation: Ensure IT strategies, solutions, and services are continuously aligned with business goals, and develop proposals for optimization and innovation.
- Change Management: Coordinate IT change projects, lead communication among stakeholders, and support seamless implementation through proactive change management.

- Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with solid professional experience in IT?preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and processes, especially within the SAP landscape.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to clearly convey complex topics and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions are among your strengths.
- Organization and Team Spirit: Experience in managing projects and priorities in a dynamic, international environment, with a preference for working in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Language Skills and Work Ethic: Fluent in both German and English, with a self-reliant and responsible work style, as well as a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness.
