Internship Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking (m/f/d) What you can expect

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeting B2B and B2C customers.
• AI-Powered Marketing: Utilize AI tools such as text-to-speech, text-to-image, and text-to-video platforms to automate and enhance marketing efforts.
• Content Creation: Create and edit high-quality videos, photos, and other multimedia content for distribution on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Growth Hacking: Employ guerrilla marketing, influencer collaborations, and other unconventional strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor the performance of campaigns, analyze data, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum reach and impact.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and AI tools to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Ownership & Initiative: Take full ownership of assigned project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the companys goals. What you bring to the table
• Enrolled in a Masters program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing frameworks, strategies, and tools for B2B and B2C engagement.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven platforms for content generation and automation. " Content Creation Skills: Ability to record, edit, and process high-quality videos and photos for digital campaigns.
• Creative Thinking: A knack for developing disruptive, out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance.
• Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working closely with the CMO and other team members in a dynamic startup environment.
