Rail Campus Manager for qualification programs and in-house trainings (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
- Establish and manage a global virtual Rail Campus offering rail qualification and in-house training programs
- Analyze market needs and internal requirements, creating tailored qualification programs for all rail technical domains, like Rail Automation, Signalling, Rolling Stock and further
- Furthermore align qualification and training programs to support authorization for own experts globally
- Review, update and enhance existing portfolio, ensuring alignment with market need and internal requirements
- Build and maintain a network of partners, including universities, customer qualification departments and training organizations
- Recruit and onboard program contributors, such as trainers and content creators.
- Act as interface to external and internal suppliers, such as academies, to ensure effective collaboration and program support
- Plan and execute the successful rollout of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in education management, corporate training, or similar roles with a focus on virtual learning environments
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and internal needs to develop educational programs
- Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with (external) educational institutions, training organizations, and other key stakeholders
- Experience in recruiting and managing teams of trainers, content creators or similar roles
- Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage strategic goals and day-to-day operations
- Fluent in German and English language, written and spoken
