You are the first contact person for all our employees, managers and international HR colleagues for all topics along the employee life-cycle, apart from recruiting

You are in charge of the day-to-day business, transformation projects and part of the group-wide international HR team with a direct reporting line to the CPO in Paris

In close consultation with the talent acquisition team, you set up employment contracts and accompany our new employees through the onboarding process

You think along with us and help our departing colleagues not to forget a single step in the offboarding process
Ihr Profil

You have two to three years of experience in a similar role and enjoy working in an international set-up as the person on the ground for our German company in the international group

You feel comfortable in the entire spectrum of HR work from employee support to benefits coordination and communication

You enjoy implementing projects and initiatives for your colleagues to further the culture and team spirit

You can converse fluently in German and English and joke around with your colleagues during your lunch break. French language skills are a plus
-
A minimum of 3 days in the office is required
