Your Responsibilities:
- You will build and lead an international team of Global Account Managers in selected markets for industries like Datacenters, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), Process Industry, Mobile Telecommunication, Wind Industry and for selected OEMs.
- You will independently track, coordinate, and manage inquiries and projects within the global DEHN Sales Organization, beyond business unit (BU) and country responsibilities.
- You will work closely with employees who wear multiple hats to foster flexibility and efficiency within the organization.
- You will determine employee locations based on candidate profiles and proximity to key accounts.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Extensive experience in international sales and key account management with global customers in the specified target industries.
- Proven leadership experience, especially in managing and coordinating international teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels, with a strong understanding of intercultural collaboration.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, paired with a goal-oriented and self-driven work ethics.
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally to ensure customer contact and team coordination globally.
- Experience in leading international teams across different locations and time zones.
- Experience in international project business.
